Nice clean rooms, good location for walking to theatre district, nice bistro.
The street feels a little unsafe as I was travelling alone. Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful, except in the bistro. They weren't rude, just not as friendly as the rest of the staff.

I stayed at The Swiftwater, and unfortunately, it wasn’t family-friendly as we expected. Kids had to leave the pool after 5 p.m., but this wasn’t mentioned on the website. The rooms weren’t the cleanest. Areas of the room had cobwebs, residue from might have been from wear and tear in high traffic areas of the room. It felt like your resort is understaffed. As for breakfast and overall options, most of your menu choices weren’t available.
